Free Diamonds
When you join you receive a welcome amount of Diamonds. After that, each new week your account receives a free top-up of 5,000 Diamonds. Diamonds you do not use stay in your account, so they are there when you want them. Diamonds are a virtual unit with no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
How Diamonds are used
When you plan an Activity, the Diamonds it needs are set aside for you. They are spent only when your picture or video is delivered. If we are not able to deliver, we do not charge you: the Diamonds set aside are released automatically. Your balance always shows what you have and what is currently set aside.
Cancelling an Activity
You can cancel an Activity you scheduled for a later time at any point before it starts, from your calendar. When you cancel, the Diamonds set aside for it are released straight away. Once an Activity has started being created, it can no longer be cancelled.
If something goes wrong
If an Activity fails or is delayed, we try again quietly for you. If it cannot be delivered, you are not charged. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us and we will correct it with a refund of the Diamonds.
Payments in the future
Today nothing in Virtual Lovers is sold. If we ever offer purchases, we will show the price, any taxes and the payment method clearly before you pay, and explain your right to cancel or a refund as the law where you live provides, before you buy.
